New Zealand

  • SHIPPING COST

    Free shipping on orders over $50.

    For orders weighing 5kg or less, a flat rate of $10 will apply.

  • DELIVERY (ESTIMATED)

    All orders are sent via New Zealand Post with tracking.
    Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days (Please note: Rural delivery addresses may experience delays. No track and trace facilities available for rural deliveries.)

International

  • Shipping Cost

    Shipping cost is based on weight and destination. It will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.

  • Delivery (Estimated)

    International orders are shipped via DHL Express, New Zealand Post, EGT, or aramex.
    Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days.

Important Information

  • Parcels are delivered by courier and cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.
  • From time to time, we offer Free Shipping or Free Shipping Threshold promotions.
  • Please be aware that orders shipped to countries other than New Zealand may be subject to import duties or other customs taxes.
  • Customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We will not refund your order if you refuse to pay for the customs or import duties. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
